Tomatoes prices come down

Two month ago the prices of tomatoes came down and were selling at Rs 15 for 2 kilos. After this, the prices went up. Last week the tomatoes were sold for Rs 15 per kilo.
At this juncture tomatoes are coming in large quantities from Andhra and Karnataka to Koyambedu. Apart from this tomatoes are also coming from Krishnagiri, Ottanchattiram and Rayakottai. Because of this, the prices of tomatoes have come down.
Today the tomatoes are being sold for Rs 8 per kilo. Tomatoes are sold for Rs 10 per kilo in the retail outlets.
