Assembly elections for Thiruparankundram, Aravakurichi and Thanjavur on 19th Nov

The Election Commission has announced that the legislative assembly elections for the constituencies Thiruparankundram, Aravakurichi, and Thanjavur will be conducted on 19th November.
The elections for the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly was conducted on 16th May. However, based on the complaint that the contestants of various political parties offered money to the voters, the election in 2 constituencies - Aravakurichi in Karur district and Thanjavur - the election for these 2 constituencies was called off.
Meanwhile, The AIADMKA candidate S. M. Seenivel, elected from the Thiruparankundram constituency, died and the fresh election had to be conducted.
So, the Election Commission has announced that the election for the above 3 constituencies will e conducted on 19th November.
Counting votes will be done on 22nd November and the results will be announced on the same date.
