National conference on Womb transplantation 5th Year in Chennai!!

The national conference on womb transplantation which has been conducted successfully for 4 years is now set to start in Chennai for the 5th annual conference. The event is being organized by Akash Childless Center.
Dr Kamaraj & Dr Jayarani Kamaraj of Akash childless center met the press reporters. They explained that Sweden’s medical expert, Dr Branstrom who successfully performed the first ever womb transplant operation will participate in the conference. Out of every 4000 girls born, one girl has some genetic womb problem.
Further, wombs are removed during accident or cancer.Hence surrogacy is sought after. However, surrogacy is prohibited in some countries.
Recently, history was created in UK when a woman had a transplant of her sister’s womb and got pregnant and delivered. Swedish expert has performed 12 women transplantation`s do far. Doctors from all over the worlds who are specialists in this field are participating.
