Rains threaten Chennaites

It was a great relief to Chennaites who was basking under the hot summer because of the sudden rain which splashed the city. Yesterday evening at about 7.30 it started with a drizzle. Few minutes later there was thunder and lightning and for the next 30 minutes, the rain pounded the city and its suburbs. This sudden rain which chilled the Chennai also created a ruckus to the office goers and motorists.
