No more all pass in 9th class

It has been ordered that all pass in 9th class has been cancelled. Earlier the Tamil Nadu State Government has ordered that all the students studying in Government and Government aided schools should not be failed up to 9th class. Because of this, the quality of education has come down. Because of this the students are even not able to write Tamil and English properly. 50% to 60% students are not able to pass 10th class examinations. Keeping this in mind the education department has ordered that all pass scheme should be withdrawn immediately.
