Veerappan is more dangerous than Osama Bin Laden: Director Ram Gopal Varma

Karnataka superstar Rajkumar was kidnapped in the year 2000 by Veerappan from his farm house. Police force from Tamil Nadu and Karnataka took lots of efforts to get back Rajkumar.
After lots of efforts, Veerappan released Rajkumar after keeping him for 108 days. Ram Gopal Varma will be directing a film based on this kidnap incident. He has titled the film as The Killing Veerappan. Rajkumar’s son Shiva Rajkumar will be donning the role of a police officer who killed Veerappan. Ram Gopal Varma while speaking about Veerappan said, “Osama Bin Laden might have had huge international network but Veerappan was more dangerous in his thoughts when compared to Osama Bin Laden, the deceased Al Qaida Chief.”
Currently, RGV is busy writing the script and is also researching in detail about Veerappan and is browsing though paper and video clippings, news footage etc.
