Food habits to be followed during public exam time

When the exam times are on, there arises tension not only in studying and preparing for the exam, but in consuming food, especially the right food in the right quantity.
 
Speaking about this, dieticians say students who write public examinations should be cautious in selecting the right food to eat. It is not advisable to keep reading for the exam sleep deprived. One needs good sleep for proper digestion of the food they intake. Students will natural get under pressure due to exam tension. And they will be under stress due to lack of sleep as they prepare for exams late night. All these reasons will contribute to lesser immunity in their body which in turn gives rise to health ailments.
 
It is important for their parents to show special care in giving their children the right food that is nutritious.
 
·         Foods that are sold in hotels and restaurants are not always healthy. The first care you need to take is not to give your child food from outside places

·         In case of unavoidable situations where you ought to consume outside food, make sure not to eat food that are too spicy or oily

·         Make sure to provide food at the right time

·         Give them food that contain more vegetables and feed them with fruits more often

·         Though it is refreshing to have tea in between study hours in the late night, consuming it more often is not recommended

 
Take complete care of your child as a parent and give them maximum comfort in scoring high marks by giving them nutritious food.
