Aavin Quarter (1/4) litre milk sachets on sale!

Tamil Nadu Government’s Aavin is selling different coloured (blue, yellow, and orange) as per the quality. The sachets are all of half (1/2) litre capacity.
However, especially the poor people who cannot afford refrigerators find it difficult to preserve the unused quantity from this ½ litre sachets.
In order to help on this front, Aavin decided to manufacture ¼ (quarter) litre sachets and commenced work on this.
¼ litre sachet of Aavin milk was introduced on 4th February.
In the 1st phase, this was sold at Aavin booths at Ennore, Thiruvotriyur, Washermanpet, and Korukkupettai.
5000 sachets were brought for sales on a test-basis. They all got sold out.
1/4 litre sachets are in green colour and cost Rs. 11/-. As it has proved to be popular, Aavin has decided to extend the sales to all its booths.
