If your work hours are flexible, you will have better sleep and health, says new study.
If there is not enough sleep, the individual is prone to be less attentive in works and take more time to grasp information. Also the decision making will be impaired and misinterpretation will be higher. This however is not the case when the individual gets enough sleep.
