Central Government No birthday celebrations for any national leaders other than Gandhi & Patel!

The present government under the Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi has taken a bold step to stop celebrations of all national leaders except Gandhi & Patel.
This rule is applicable on the birthdays & death anniversaries of all leaders except Gandhi & Patel.
Henceforth, central government will observe the birth & death anniversaries of Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi and Indias Iron Man, Sardar Vallabhai Patel.
The central government has decided that no importance will be given to the birth & death anniversaries of other leaders such as Nehru, Indira Gandhi, and Rajiv Gandhi.
