Mandolin Srinivas passes away

Popular mandolin virtuoso, Mr. U. Srinivas passed away today in Chennai. Mr. Srinivas has been admitted in a private hospital at Vadapalani, Chennai, due to ill-health.
With the failure of the treatment, he passed away a 9.30 AM this morning – Friday, 19th September. Mr. Srinivas was born on 28th February, 1969 in Palakkol, Andhra Pradesh.
Mandolin Srinivas has received various honours such as Padmashri and Sangeeth Rathna.
