All movie theatres to remain closed tomorrow (24th April) – Election Day

Due to elections being conducted in Tamil Nadu on 24th April, all movie theatres will remain closed till 6 PM tomorrow, 24th April.
Theatre Owners’ Association has decided to follow Election
Commission’s orders for the Election Day. This was informed by the association
president, Mr. Abirami Ramanthan.
Movie screening will be resumed after 6 PM tomorrow evening.
This is the first time that movie theatres are being closed
during Election Day.
