Mobile network provider, Airtel has proved its part with its 50 MB free data service on election day that will let people browse through the web for knowing candidate details and make a decision on whom to vote for.
Speaking to a professor of marketing and business, S.Anand, he said that a soft drink called Crush was availed free of cost for all the people as long as they had ink mark in their hand. It left the drink with elevated sales level in the next few months. “Elections are always marketing trends in several ways,” he added.
