Items that MUST be included in your rainy season diet chart!

There are stronger prospects for being affected by physical complaints especially during the rainy season!

As such, it is strongly recommended to include certain food items in the rainy season diet char - especially items which prevent digestion-related issues.

Banana
Banana has rich fibre content.  Hence, it has the property to prevent constipation. Banana is also rich in Potassium and Iron.

Flax Seeds
Flax seeds are rich in fibre and protein. The seed can be mixed in curd with salt, and taken.

Apple and Pear
They must be washed well first and then taken with the skin will give excellent results!

Broccoli
Broccoli is rich in Vitamin C as well as fibre. Just fry broccoli in oil and take!
