        Taking the Drumstick (Moringa) Green leaves in excess quantities will cause excess release of body water. To prevent this, as soon as churning/blending the prepared drumstick green eaves gravy. Saut it with a pinch of cumin seeds fried in a small quantity of oil.

        Excess intake of banana will lead to stomach upset and loose motion due to excess body-heat!

        Excess intake of corn may lead to stomach problems.  To cure this, take half-a-glass of milk or a teaspoon of ghee (clarified butter).

        Excess intake of eggs may cause frequent burping and indigestion. To cure this, take some steamed/cooked radish. Otherwise, take a small quantity of Gulkand(made from rose petals)

        Excess intake of pineapple may lead to throat phlegm formation and/or indigestion. To prevent this, take pineapple after missing it with some small quantity of sugar.

        Excess intake of jackfruit may lead to stomach issues, loss of appetite and loose -motion. To prevent this, dip the jackfruit pieces in a small quantity of ghee or honey and then take.
