Many of us get allergies, asthma, hepatitis or other autoimmune diseases etc and these are called inflammatory diseases (group or array of conditions, disorders etc). These health issues are characterised by inflammation. For treating these inflammatory diseases, proper diagnosis is very important.  There are few causes for inflammation and these are pathogens like virus, bacteria, effects of chemicals etc

It is worthy to note that the food we consume has a direct impact on our body. Therefore, it is important that we must consume a healthy and balanced diet.

These are the various types of foods that would help us to fight inflammatory diseases.

Berries consumption:
The berries have plenty of antioxidants and are rich in anti-inflammatory properties. It is necessary to include berries if we have any type of inflammatory diseases in us.

Green vegetables consumption:
Inflammatory disorders like Irritable bowel syndrome or IBS could be dealt by intake of green vegetables. These green vegetables are rich in iron, vitamin C and D, potassium etc.

Coffee consumption:
