With many health issues or chronic diseases etc affecting men especially when compared to women, being  a male is a curse!!

The bitter fact is that men are more prone to severe chronic issues such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases, mood disorders, respiratory diseases, diabetes and liver ailments etc. To reduce the risk of getting these health issues, men must take necessary measures without fail. It is known that superfoods provide us with the much needed nutrients etc.

It is believed that the nutritive value of certain superfoods would help males to a huge extent and might also play a role in lowering the risk of chronic diseases in them.

Various superfoods men must consume compulsorily for the sake of their overall health are

Consume nuts:

It is possible to lower the bad cholesterol levels in males by consuming dark chocolates, having flavanols etc. Blood circulation would get boosted and BP would be kept in control by eating this super food. The sexual organs of men would d also be good by consuming dark chocolates.

Consume tomatoes:
