We could get several lifestyle disorders by eating oily, spicy foods etc. Inspite of this most of eat love eating out and gorge on delicious spicy foods with superb taste. The issue of constipation is one of the most common disorders many of us get these days. Irrespective of age, sex etc anybody can get constipation issue and could find it difficult to overcome this issue. It is a serious stomach issue that could result in bloating and gastric issues.
It is believed that a person is suffering from constipation issues if he or she has 3 or below 3 bowel movements per week. The frequency of the bowel movements must be increased. This could be possible by having healthy and easily digestible foods.

Intake of curd:

Intake of un-ripened bananas:
Fibre would be superb for the stomach and green unripened bananas have high amounts of fibres. Easy to digest, fibre rich foods would prevent bloating, gastric issue etc in us. It is good to eat boiled bananas every day to avoid constipation.
Intake of pulses and whole grains:
It must be noted that pulses and whole grains are rich in fibres and would help in the digestion. By consuming whole wheat pasta instead of regular one would make digestion easy and the bowel movements would be frequent and smooth.
Intake of berries:
By eating berries instead of fried snacks, the bowel movements would become better. In addition, the intake of berries would also provide us with daily nutrients. The antioxidants and fibres present in the berries would be superb for digestion.
Intake of clear vegetable or chicken soups:
For improving the frequency of bowel movements, it is important that we must consume warm liquids. Instead of regular unhealthy snacks, consuming clear soups would be superb.
Intake of prunes:
Dried plums or prunes intake could be good to increase the frequency of the bowel movements. Truth is that they are natural laxatives. It must be taken into account that the Sorbitol present in the prunes would act as a natural laxative and increase the bowel movements.
Intake of flaxseeds:
Both soluble as well as insoluble fibres are present in the flaxseeds. Our digestion would become better plus there would be an increase in bowel movements if we consume a tablespoon of flaxseeds every day. The flaxseeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants are a known fact.
