Not always a relationship or a friendship between 2 persons could be long lasting and healthy. There are times when two close persons could turn into foes for some reason and it might lead to huge mental stress to either of them or to both. In such a scenario, the persons might lose their confidence to live life also.  There are certain ways by which a person might get healed from his or her troubled past and later lead a successful life.

Various ways to get healed from the troubled or painful past are

By creating a positive mantra:
A person would be able to reframe his or her thoughts about the painful past life by chanting a healthy mantra. Please try this and get healed.

By staying away or distancing:
A person or situation might have caused you pain in your life and by staying away or distancing yourself from that person/situation it is possible to get healed from the painful past.

By focussing on work:
