We mostly consume foods that have high nutritional values and not many of us would be aware of all the foods that have got high nutritional value. Those with high BP and diabetes must consume chia seeds without fail for their health to be good. We can prevent heart diseases by intake these seeds.

Pumpkin seeds consumption:

Truth is pumpkin seeds are rich in manganese, omega-6 fatty acids plus magnesium, proteins etc. By eating pumpkin seeds our cholesterol levels get managed due to the presence of phytosterols in these seeds.

Sesame seeds consumption:

Our liver can be protected from damage by the intake of sesame seeds that are rich in active antioxidants. Our cholesterol levels get reduced by these seeds.

Sunflower seeds consumption:
