Fat soluble and present in food is vitamin D and is one important nutrient that would keep the body in good shape. Not many of us would be aware of the fact that it is vitamin D that is produced when our skin is in contact with the sunlight. 

Issues such as flu, bone related diseases and other cardiovascular diseases could be kept at bay by the presence of this important vitamin. Vitamin D plays an important role in the absorption of calcium from the food. It is known that foods that are rich in vitamin D are oily fish, red meat, liver, egg yolks etc .

This could trigger issues such as fatigue, nausea, dizziness plus other issues like stomach ache, increased thirstiness, frequent urination and vomiting etc.

Kidney issues:
Excess intake of vitamin D could lead to kidney damage in us. It is believed that those having pre-existing kidney issues would have more kidney damage than others.

Digestive issues:
Vitamin D toxicity could lead to many health issues like diarrhoea, constipation etc in us. So, please be careful.

Bone issues:
