A 1-year training program is offered jointly by HCL Skill Development Corporation and the Directorate of Tamil Nadu for the students who completed 10th Standard in the years 2021 and 2022!
For the students who completed 12th Standard in the year 2012-22, HCL Technology offers training programmers and the jobs mentioned below.
Under the Tamil Nadu State Government Scheme `Naan Mudhalvan` (I am the First!), the Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation offers the entire Fees for the "Entry Career Programmed` conducted by HCL Technology FOR 2000 students.
Through this scheme, the students will get:
- In whichever the students reside, HCL Technology offers the following jobs after the training:
- Software Developer
- Analyst, Design Engineer
- Support and Process Associate
- Service Desk & DPO
- During the internship, monthly assistance of Rs. 10000 will be paid from the 7th month of the training!
- After completing the internship and getting him a permanent job, as a starting level, Rs. 1.70 Lakhs to Rs. 2.20 Lakhs per year will be paid.
