Prospects of the low-pressure zone over the Bay of Bengal! Warning about heavy rains!

The Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre has informed us that there are strong prospects of a low-pressure zone to be formed over the Bay Of Bengal in South Andaman. The Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre has further informed that due to this low-pressure zone, there are prospects for heavy rain in Tamil Nadu!

In the disitrcts of Kanyakumari, Thirunelveli, Virudhunagar, Thenkasi, Theni, Dindigul, Madurai, Nilgiri, Coimbatore, Thirupur, Karua, Namkkal, Erode, Krishnagiri, Dharmapuri, Salem, Vellore, Thirupathur, Ranippettai, Thiruvannamalai, Villupuram, and Kallakurichi.
With the prospects for rain, it is expected that the intensity of the scorching heat experienced in the past few weeks will abate to provide some relief for the public!
Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre has further informed us that following the above, there are prospects fo0r medium rains to persist for the next 4 days!
There are prospects for the ground winds to blow at high speeds of 40-50 kmph.
The low-pressure zone is likely to be formed over South Andaman Bay of Bengal leading to the prospects for heavy rains in Tamil Nadu.
