Winter intensity will be chiller in certain parts of Tamil Nadu! Details!

The Private sector climate / weather forecast company, Chennai Rains, has released an announcement indicating that winter will be more severe - climate will be chiller - in various parts of Tamil Nadu.
As per the forecast estimated by Chennai Rains, it will be chiller especially during the nights in the northern districts of Tamil Nadu State.
“The temperature will reduce as compared to the regular average by ¾ Degrees Celsius!
In a similar vein, the temperature in winter in Chennai Metro City and its suburbs will come down below 20 Degrees Celsius.
As regards the southern districts of Tamil Nadu, the winter will be chiller! But a rather dry climate will prevail!
In other words, a cold dry climate will prevail in the southern districts of the State of Tamil Nadu.
Winter will be chiller in the northern interior districts and northeast districts. The temperature may come down to as much as 18 Degrees Celsius.
This climate might prevail until Christmas!”
