Make up tips for the monsoon

With the monsoon approaching in a few months, here are a few tips to prepare your make up bag.
- Make your make up last longer in the monsoon humidity. Use a matte primer and foundation. This prevents excess oil secretion on the face.
- Avoid cream based eye shadow. Instead, opt for a powder based product. Cream based eye shadow will tend to melt.
- Use pastel shades and avoid smokey eye make up
- Use waterproof mascara to avoid smudging in the rains. Also use waterproof eye liner.
- Avoid moisture on your brushes. Store in a dry place.
- Carry tissues that will absorb excess oil on the face
