Warning from ICMR: Onset of coronavirus third wave likely in August!

The Indian Council for Medical research has warned that the 3rd wave of coronavirus pandemic may attack in August!
The Director of the All Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Randeep Kuleria has informed that it is predicted that the spread of the extent/impact of the Delta Coronavirus which can spread overcoming the body immunity is likely to be more intense during the 3rd wave of the coronavirus pandemic. He further explained that THIS SPREAD CAN BE CONTROLLED ONLY IF CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS ARE CONTINUED AND THE RELEVANT GUIDELINES ARE STRICTLY FOLLOWED!
The Head of the Department of virology of the Indian Council for Medical research Sameera Panda has informed in this regard that the 3rd wave impact maybe throughout the country and this does not mean that the third wave impact may be as intense and as widely spreading as the 2nd wave
He further explained that the country maybe constrained to encounter the 3rd coronavirus pandemic wave in August mainly due to the following 4 major reasons:
- The States announcing more relaxations rather in advance before the prevention is complete
- The immunity of the citizens likely to have been reduced because of the earlier encounters with the coronavirus pandemic 1st & 2nd waves
- The development of the Delta form of the coronavirus pandemic can spread despite the body immunity levels!
