Sarath Kumar starts shooting for his debut OTT series

Sarath Kumar who announced that he will be making his debut on OTT last year has started shooting for the same, titled “Irai’.
‘Irai’ is directed by Rajesh M Selva, who directed “Thoongavanam” starring Kamal Hassan and “Kadaram Kondan” starring Vikram. Produced by Radhika for Radaan Mediaworks, the series belongs to the crime genre. Yet the producer says the series will have elements of family, sentiments, and relationships.
Sarath Kumar has pumped his body up and has come out with a rugged look sporting long hair and a beard. Last year when the project was announced, it was titled ‘Birds of Prey. It would be interesting to see if it is a title for other language versions of the series.
The shooting started with the production team assuring that all required safety protocols are in place. Yuvraj handles the camera, Silva Master is the stunt director and Shawn Lokesh is the editor of ‘Irai’.
The producers have not announced on which OTT the series will be showcased. As soon as Live Chennai knows you’d know it too!
