An exclusive space for pets - A fantastic pet park to come up in Chennai city!!

Many people in Chennai these days have pets like dogs etc in the houses as being or playing with these pets provided huge relief from stress etc. Soon, GCC would be helping these pet lovers.
It is now revealed that GCC has taken a decision to create a pet park where the owners of the pets would be able to play with their pets and spend time. A few days back, the decision to build a pet park was taken at the famous Ripon buildings in Chennai. It must be noted that Singara Chennai 2.0 would have 8 components to address the needs of the city.
As per an official belonging to GCC, as a part of the health and wellness component a pet park would be created. In the previous DMK regime, the Singara Chennai project was launched and it was discontinued when AIADMK came to power 10 years back. Now, Singara Chennai 2.0 is an extension of the Singara Chennai project. Point is that with DMK back in power the GCC has commenced implementation of the project.
Pet friendly features and play equipment would be present in the pet park and the pet owners could bring their pets and engage them in various physical activities. The main benefit of this is it would improve the mental health of both pet owners and pets.
The park would also have a pet clinic, pet shops etc. There is still no clarity about where the pet park would be coming up in Chennai as many rounds of talks are pending. The GCC would be executing projects on mobility and transportation, beautification, heritage conservation etc apart from wellness and health. Hanging garden or maadi poonga in Royapuram would be renovated as a part of heritage conservation.
