Pa. Ranjiths next with Surya

“Kabali” director Pa. Ranjit plans to make his next movie with Suriya if reports are to be believed.
Surya who is currently waiting to resume shooting of director Pandiraj’s movie also has director Vetrimaran’s “Vadivasal”. Once he completes his existing projects, it is learnt that he will be going ahead with Ranjith’s next.
Sources add the movie is going to be based on true incidents. There were some earlier reports that Ranjith was going to make a Hindi movie on freedom fighter Birsa Munda. It will be interesting to see if he will start and finish the movie with Suriya before he takes up his Hindi project.
Ranjith is known for his realistic and pragmatic screenplay. He is busy wrapping up post-production formalities of his upcoming sports-action film “Sarpatta Parambarai” starring Arya and Pasupathy.
