An announcement has been released to fill up 8500 vacant posts in the country’s premier public sector bank, the State Bank of India (SBI).

Assistantship: An assistantship (stipend) amount of Rs. 15000 per month will be paid during the 1st year of training. During the 2nd year, this stipend will be Rs. 16500. During the 3rd year, it will be Rs. 19000.
Academic Qualifications: Candidates must be graduates in any faculty.
Age Limit: The candidates must be in the age group 20-28 as on 31st October 2020.
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected based on the performance in the ‘online’ written examination, the skill level in the local language, and medical examination.
Application Fee: Candidates who do not belong to the categories of SC/ST, and differently-abled have to pay Rs. 300 as application fee.
