Legendary singer SPB still on ventilator support, condition critical

Many across the world have been praying for the recovery of popular singer SPB now.
As per a medical bulletin from MGM Healthcare Hospitals, popular singer S.P. Balasubramaiam who was admitted with Covid-19 on 5th August has been connected to life supporting systems including a ventilator and ECMO or Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation. The health condition of this 74 year old singer is still critical.
MGM Healthcare Hospital, assistant director Dr. Anuradha Baskaran mentioned that the expert medical team that is treating SPB is closely monitoring his vital parameters that are satisfactory at this point of time.
Experts from across the world have been consulted by the doctors who are treating SPB. It is now said that SPB would require intensive care and life support for a few more days.
According to a senior doctor of this hospital, the round-the-clock monitoring and drugs are mainly for preventing infections or bleeding. God bless SPB!!
