6000 employment opportunities created by the govt

The employment opportunities have been steeping down steadily due to COVID 19. To mitigate this unemployment situation the Tamil Nadu government had implemented a private employment website with 6000 job opportunities three weeks back.
Large scale companies like Ashok Leyland and other small and cottage industries have announced their recruitment on this website. Since the launch of the website, 440 institutions have announced their recruitment and 25,000 people have registered under see this website. These jobs with salary ranging from 4000 to 50000 are mostly located in Hosur, Coimbatore, Chennai, and districts around Chennai.
After an online virtual interview, 125 people have got jobs and received their call letter. Also, due to the transportation constraints, interviews in Eaton are being affected and creates delays in recruitment.
