In case coronavirus infection is suspected one should call the Central Ministry of Hunan Welfare and Health 24 hours Helpline number – 01123978046. Otherwise, e-mail can be sent to ncov2019@gmail.com.
The District Supervisory Office will contact immediately and enquire the details about the intensity of the complaint. In case the situation is severe and serious, the suspect patient will be immediately taken to the hospital for tests. The State Government has made special arrangements like ambulances to take the patients to the hospitals. It is also appealed to avoid travelling to the hospitals as a single passenger unaccompanied.
