TN Govt: Tokens given for Property Registration may be used as E-pass!

The State Government of Tamil Nadu has permitted to use the tokens given for Property Registrations as E-pass while traveling from one district to another.
The Chief Secretary of the Revenue Department of the State Government of Tamil Nadu, Atulya Mishra, has sent a letter to all the State Collectors.
In this letter, the Chief Secretary of the TN Govt Revenue Department has mentioned that the persons traveling from one district to another having a token issued for property registration can be allowed to travel with the token treated as the E-pass.
In a similar mode, when the above persons return after their travel, the registered document can be shown and treated as e-pass permitting their return travel.
It has also been notified that the district collectors must keep all the related officials informed of this!
