In TN, plus 2 results likely to be released in the second week of June

Beginning from 27th May, answer sheets of the plus two students belonging to TN would be evaluated by the teachers. The results would be announced in the second week of June.
The current plus two students wrote their plus two exams based on the new syllabus and this new syllabus is regarded as tougher than the previous syllabus. It is now said that the evaluation of plus two answer sheets assumes significance due to the above mentioned reason. It is well known that in this year more than 8 lakhs students wrote their plus two examinations in TN.
The extension of the shut down has been responsible for the postponement of the plus two answer sheet evaluation in this year. This was as per a senior officer belonging to DOTE. From 27th May, the answer sheets evaluation would go on till the first week of June.
He then revealed that the answer sheets would be transported from respective zones, shuffled and then taken to the evaluation camps in each district with tight security. The language answer sheets have been transported already and the rest would be shifted in 2 days before the paper correction gets started.
There would be 25,000 evaluators who would be correcting about 50 lakhs answer sheets of more than 8 lakhs students. Under the supervision of the officials from Directorate of Examinations, the answer sheets evaluation would be carried out. It is known that the marks scored by the students in their plus two public examination decide their career.
