When it comes to the height, the majority of us are not satisfied and we desire to have a couple of inches. It is said that our height is one of the factors that decides our personality. 

Our growth or height could be decided by various factors like age, genes, diet, ethnicity, etc. The important point is after we have reached a certain age then our body doesn’t grow. It has been revealed by some studies that we could still be able to grow until puberty gets over.

Ways to increase our height naturally are

By intake of calcium-rich foods: Our body would reach the potential height if we consume calcium-rich foods like green veggies, edamame, amaranth, rhubarb, sardines, etc.

By avoiding smoking/ drinking alcohol: This is also an important factor and it could decide the height of a person. So, do not smoke or consume alcohol that would inhibit growth.

By avoiding stress: As stress could block the growth, it is important that we must avoid stress. Various ways by which stress could be avoided are by doing yoga, meditation, etc.

By avoiding excess weight lifting: Some persons lift excess weights and it is now revealed that muscle growth gets stopped by this.

By sleeping well: Sleeping well could help in rejuvenating the body in the growing years. Therefore it is important that we must sleep well for the height to increase.

By exercising: Swimming, skipping rope, etc could bring body flexibility and finally would help us to grow tall.
