Gold price increase, silver drops

The prices of gold that were previously skyrocketing have come down drastically. A sovereign of gold went down to Rs. 19400. Currently, the prices are again on the rise now. The price of a sovereign of gold costed Rs. 20116 on Monday. In just one day, the price increased by Rs. 120 to reach Rs. 20288 on Tuesday. A gram of gold was worth Rs. 2536 on Tuesday, a Rs. 15 increase.
However, the price of a kilo of silver (Ready Silver) came down by Rs. 175. A kilo was worth Rs. 44675, and a gram Rs. 47.80 on Tuesday.
