Low pressure in Bay of Bengal to make nights warmer in Chennai

A low pressure has been formed over the Bay of Bengal and due to this the nights have become warmer and days hotter now. It is now revealed that in the coming days the night temperature would touch 30 degree Celsius.
For the next 2 days, the maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 38 degrees and 30 degrees. This has been mentioned in the forecast made by the meteorological department. Information collected is due to convective action there is rare chance of light rains in Chennai but it is unlikely. The low pressure formed over Bay of Bengal has been sucking away all the moisture and it is due to this reason the nights are warmer and the days are hotter.
It was pointed out by an official that the temperature would remain high and this would be until the low pressure turns to depression and fizzles out. He then explained about how only then there is a chance for the moisture in the atmosphere to improve and clouds to form.
On Monday, Nungambakkam recorded maximum and minimum temperatures of 37.6 degree Celsius and 30.8 degree Celsius respectively. In Meenambakkam, the maximum and minimum temperatures recorded were 38.1 degree Celsius and 29.4 degree Celsius respectively.
It is important to mention that after 3 days of rains the day temperature increased as the rains cleared the dust from the air. The sunlight reached the land without getting deflected. It is now believed that the temperature might come down when rains get triggered by the low pressure.
