Results of 11th Standard Public Exams released - 95% pass

The results of the 11th Standard public examinations conducted recently as per the revised syllabus have been released today (Wednesday, 8th May). The success percentage (%) is 95%.
816618 candidates wrote this 11th standard public examination. Last year, the success percentage (%) was 91.3% whereas this year (2019), it is 95%.

Arrangements have been made to send SMS regarding the marks to the cell phone numbers given by the students/candidates.
The success percentage of girl students is 96.5%. For boys, it is 93.3%. Thus, the girl students pass percentage is higher by 3.2% as compared to the success percentage of the boy students!
Erode district secures the 1st place on success percentage with 98%. Tirupur secures the 2nd place with 97.9%. Coimbatore secures the 3rd place with 97.6%.
In this success percentage list, Vellore district has secured the last place.
As for the success percentage of students who studied in government high schools, it is 90.6%.
