TN govt undertaking to recruit telecom engineers for Kuwait

A Tamil Nadu state government undertaking has arranged for providing various jobs including telecommunication engineer, technicians in Kuwait.
In a notification regarding these job opportunities in Kuwait, The Tamil Nadu Foreign Job opportunities Corporation, it is mentioned:
‘Telecommunication engineers are required to work in an Indian Telecommunication Company in Kuwait. The candidates should have completed an engineering degree course in Electrical, Electronic or the Telecommunication with 5 years’ experience.
The monthly salary will be Rs. 58000.
For the posts of telecom technician and cable fixer/connector, the candidates must have completed +2, ITI Course (2 years – Industrial Training Institutes Certificate Course) or Diploma or Degree with 3 years experience.
The monthly salary will be Rs.31500.
For the posts of drivers of Light Commercial Vehicles, the candidates must have completed 10th Standard and must have Driving Licence.
The monthly salary will be Rs. 26000.
For the posts of Safety Officer, the candidates must have completed either Degree or Diploma Courses in Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunication and 3 years’ experience.
The monthly salary will be Rs. 35000.
For the post of Public Relations Officer, the candidates must be graduates with 5 years’ experience and must be fluent in English and Arabic.
The monthly salary will be Rs. 35000.
For the posts of cable-work related jobs (Mason, pipe-fabricator, etc) the candidates must have completed 10th Standard with ITI certificate and 3 years’ experience.
The monthly salary will be Rs. 26000.
For the posts of Assistants, the candidates must have completed 10th Standard and must have CNR passport.
The monthly salary will be Rs.19000,
For all the above posts, the candidates must be 21-45 years of age. The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary, free accommodation, flight tickets, medical treatment, and insurance cover, etc., on the basis of their individual skills and merit as per the Rules and Regulations in Kuwait,
