Formed on February 2012 the Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) is purely dedicated for the purpose of enquiry acting as an information center for TNPSC oriented operations. Some of the modes are telephone, email, direct contact and through post.

General information sought for by the candidates will be provided by the GRC itself, whereas the critical information sought for by the candidates will be provided after having consulted and received suitable replies from the sections concerned.
General information will be provided directly for the candidates and the body will send important complex queries to the concerned department to provide right information. After the consultation process is finalized then the prior information will be sent to the candidate either through phone or other means such as email and post.
With a requested petition candidate may get right details and information through mail communication and also by postal means after receiving proper replies from the concerned
Notifications issued by the Commission, Certificate Verification, Counseling Process, Oral Test, reserve List enquiries and other general issues can be sent to the department of the Secretary, Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission
Online Applications, Hall ticket issues, Question paper queries, Result publications and other examination related enquiries can be sent to the department of the Controller of Examinations, Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission.
