Health card scheme for students

In a project undertaken by the central government, in order to keep the health check-up records and data Cards are being distributed to the students to monitor their physical health and give treatment if required.
In this scheme, the doctors visit the schools for giving the medical check-up to the students.
In order to maintain the health check-up data and particulars, ‘health cards’ are being distributed to the students. Details such as name, Identity number, address, Aadhar card number, blood group, Hemoglobin, and body weight are to be recorded in this card.
The details pertaining to distribution of 3 sanitary napkins per month must also be recorded in this card for the girl students.
