The Barcelona Institute for Global Health, Span had conducted a research where lifestyle and chronotype of all the participants were assessed. This involved observing their preference of eating time - whether in the morning or evening. It included gathering data from about 621 prostate cancer victims, 1205 breast cancer victims and 872 and 1321 men and women respectively in random from various primary health centres. All the participants were from Spain. They were asked about their meal timing, sleeping pattern, chronotype, and measures they take towards cancer prevention.
