The charges for appealing to the Real Estate Tribunal is fixed at Rs. 1000. The Real Estate Regulation Authority (RERA) was formed to prevent the maloperations in the sales of plots/flats/apartments. There is a provision to appeal against some of the regulations imposed by RERA. Accordingly, the Real Estate tribunal has been formed.
In case a petitioner is not satisfied with some regulations of RERA, there is a provision to appeal to the tribunal. The petitioner should pay charges of Rs. 1000 for each appeal.
