Drinking water temperature can determine the weight loss

In one of the recent study conducted with 24 people with two equally divided groups broad, one having 500 ml of cold water in regular intervals while the other group drinking room temperature water. The study proved the resting body calorie burn on the cold water drinking group is much higher than the group that had normal temperature water.

The main reason for this basic metabolism rate in calories is the process of digestion and purification happening inside the body. When consuming the cold water the body had to increase the temperature of the cold water to process it for the purification through kidneys for absorbing nutrients.

So the body requires extra calories to heat up the cold water, thus leading to a small amount of weight loss automatically. But the energy of the body primarily used for exercise and fat burning during a weight reduction program. When it is diverted to heat up cold water the other processes such as detoxification, fat burning and essential functioning of the body gets disturbed.

Drinking mild hot water first in the morning can increase the metabolism rate leading to effective calorie burning throughout the day required for the body function. So using the extremities of water temperature in weight loss is good but only for a limited amount of period. If the dream scale of weight is achieved you should immediately switch the body to normal room temperature water which is a natural balance for the body to absorb all nutrients and minerals.
