Job opportunities in HCL for +2 completed students

A 15-month Diploma course, known as TechBee has been introduced by HCL Technologies. TechBee course is intended for the initial working period and for higher education for the beginners.

HCL Technologies has introduced this course for the students who have completed +2 this year with incentive payment.

This course is being introduced in order that the meritorious and skilled students can avail, In order to join this course, the students must have scored at least 85% including mathematics in the +2 Public Examinations.

For the successful candidates who join this course, a monthly incentive or stipend of Rs. 10000 will be paid. Actually, the cost of this diploma course is Rs. 3 lakhs. However, this need not be paid at the initial stages. It can be paid much later after completion of the training in the beginning of the 3rd year with HCL. A concession of payment in EMIs is also offered.

Further, the candidates who secure over 90% in the examination conducted at the end of the diploma course, the entire fees are waived. For the students who score between 85% and 90%, 50% concession on the fee is offered.

The Chief Vice President of HCL, Srimathi Sivasankar, explained in this regard that there is a widespread opinion that job opportunities are provided by HCL only for those who have completed engineering or computer courses. This new diploma course will break this trend of thought and HCL has decided to offer training and employment for the young students completing school education. Special online courses and interviews are being conducted for the students to join this course.

Changing the above trend of thought, the students who are selected for this diploma course will be given 15 months training in Chennai SSN college in Diploma-mechanical, application development, software/product testing and application support. At the end of the training, job opportunities to work in HCL technologies will be given.
