Annual Brahmotsavam Festival at Tirupathi temple from 23rd September

The annual Brahmotsavam temple of the famous Tirupathi temple will commence on 23rd September and conclude on 1st October.
The schedule of the important parts of the festival
- Ankurarpanam - 22nd September
- Garuda Sevai or the procession of the Deity of the Lord on the famous carriage of Garuda - 27th September
- Golden Chariot procession - 28th September
- Chakkarathaazhvar Theerthavari (known as Chakkara snanam) - 1st October
The rehearsal of the procession of the deity of the Lord on the carriage of Garuda, the bird will be performed on 6th September, the Full Moon Day (Pournami).
