Guindys Race Course Road was filled with water

Guindy`s Race Course Road was filled with water on Monday. The pavement was completely submerged and vehicles plying the road could do so only in the middle. The rains have affected stray animals in the city as well. Seen here is a dog stranded in the middle of the road.
