Here are 10 ways to avoid depression, which is very common in the current lifestyle trend, and keeping a good mood!

Get enough sleep – You will not get up in time if you do not sleep proper! Remember – proper sleep only can give proper rest to the brain & the body. Ensure 8 hours of good sleep!

Exercise - Exercise can help your body to produce endorphins and this is a chemical that makes you feel happier as well as fitter. No gyms are needed! Walk for 15 minutes! This ensures good mood.

Stay hydrated – Ensure you take enough water! Being dehydrated will lead to you feeling grumpy and more lethargic! No soda or fruit drinks please!

Keep a diary – This is a fantastic way of stopping depression. It is for your eyes only, so nobody is going to judge you on what you write! A great way to get annoying things off your chest!

Do not hide away –You do need to try to socialize with people on a daily basis. Do not be a hermit! Then, changing moods will be more difficult! Do talk to people!

Eat fruit and vegetables – Fruit and vegetables are full of nutrients and minerals. They help beat the depression with nourishment!

Be thankful for what you have instead of worry about what is missing – Try to remember what all you HAVE with you more often than about things you WANT TO HAVE! Be thankful & put a smile on your face!
