Prices of medicines for heart problems and diabetes come down by 35%!

National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) has taken a decision to bring down the prices of medicines for heart-related diseases and diabetes by 35%.
This will be effective in a few weeks.
Through this special measure, NPPA has brought down the prices of 108 medicines related to heart diseases and diabetes. Even some other medicine prices, not falling under the essential category, have also be brought down.
As this measure reduces the prices of essential medicine, all patients, especially those who have extended treatment, will be benefited by the reduced prices.
